Fun fact: The single volume edition of The Nyingma School of Tibetan Buddhism, its Fundamentals and History by Dudjom Rinpoche weighs 4 pounds, 5 ounces, and is inches thick, so I rest it on a firm throw pillow to save my old crone wrists. You were correct in assuming that the book is unwieldy.
